I began my journey with Easterseals in 2005 as the Adult Day Manager in Chillicothe. Since then, I’ve served as Director of Programs and Services before stepping into the role of CEO in 2011. Altogether, I bring over 25 years of experience in the disability services field.
I’ve been married to Rob Dupras for over 25 years. While we don’t have biological children, we are proud to be considered parents by two incredible gentlemen with disabilities, Ken and Mike, who are very much part of our family. I am Ken’s legal guardian and hold Power of Attorney for Mike. Additionally, following the sudden passing of my sister-in-law, Rob and I have taken an active role in the lives of our two nephews. We also share our home with five dogs and one cat.
I’m originally from Circleville, Ohio—home of the famous Pumpkin Show—and a proud graduate of Ohio University. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, swimming, boating, reading, and sipping a good bourbon.
